Grandma’s Peach & Blueberry Pie
We just passed what would’ve been my Grandma’s 102nd birthday, so in her honor, I made her favorite pie. It’s probably the only thing she liked as much as chocolate cake, but this is what she always requested for her birthday.

6-8 peaches
handfuls of blueberries
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbs margarine
2 tbs all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
pie crust. I used Publix brand, but any brand or homemade pie crust recipe will work great
Directions
- Peel and cut the peaches into chunks (you get more peach / filling ratio than if you slice them) and fill the pie crust with as many peaches and blueberries as it will hold 🙂
- Whip the eggs, and gradually add sugar until it’s dissolved.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Pour it all into the crust over the peaches.
- Bake at 400 degrees Farenheit for 15 minutes, and then turn the oven down to 325 for another 45 minutes (but start checking it at about 35 minutes, just in case your oven cooks faster.)
